Walking distance to the Ohio river, two outdoor decks, one with a grill. A car port, full kitchen, two full baths, paved driveway, trees all around. The home sits between two hill ridges surrounded by 180 acres. It is a park like setting. 30 minutes from Gene Snyder and I-71 (Louisville). Historic Lagrange Ky and Madison In, are a must see and close by.

Clifty Falls is a great place to hike. Beltera Casino Resort is down the street and the marina is also close to Rising Sun, Hollywood Casino, and Sunset Grill on the water in Warsaw, Kentucky. Conveniently located close to The Neeley Family Distillery. Some have visited the Ark while staying here also.

Built in a primitive country style, it features a Loft bedroom that sleeps 3, an additional small bedroom that sleeps 1 and a Master Bedroom with Queen- size Sleep Number Bed. Fully functional kitchen and bath including washer/dryer. Outdoor fire-pit and hot tub. ROKU TV/ DVDs, No cable. WiFi available.

Carole's Cottage

Quaint cottage located in downtown Madison. A short walk to all shops & restaurants and beautiful riverfront. Guests have entire home including a screened in back porch to enjoy your morning coffee or just relax and read a book. Master bedroom has a king size bed and 2nd bedroom has a futon. Our kitchen is fully equipped, including stove, refrigerator, microwave and keurig coffee maker.

Situated far enough away to offer all the privacy you want, yet only 8 miles from historic downtown, where there are so many gems nearby to explore. Enjoy the HOT TUB, wrap around porch, and patio!
