The property backs onto a greenbelt - down a sharp embankment you can see the Connoquenessing Creek - which you can enjoy from the covered patio or the breakfast table in front of the large window. We have seen deer, groundhogs, hawks, and even a bald eagle!

The place is very clean . Enjoy your own private entrance and parking. The living room is equipped with leather couch, large screen screen TV and fireplace. There is a full bathroom with a full tub and shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed

"Rest A While". Enjoy our private guest suite that features a large main living area where the kitchenette and dining area are also located, a separate bedroom and private bath. This suite is located on the lower level of our raised ranch and requires the ability to use six steps. Check yourself in at the private front entrance with keypad. Driveway parking spot with paved lighted walkway to the entrance.
