Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

If your looking for something a little different then The Bridge House might be just for you! My unusual 2 bedroom home was built on a bridge spanning the River Ardle in 1881. Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, stone/pine flooring and even a privy directly over the river below! Recently renovated. A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Being born and brought up in the area we hope our local knowledge will allow you make the most of your trip.

Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.
