With a view of both the sea and surrounding mountains, it is surrounded by a huge terrace - made to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle of sunset aperitivos, sunbathing and outdoor dining - sun loungers, swinging sofas and outdoor dining table are all provided. L'alloggio è collocato all'interno di un parco privato dotato di parcheggio, videosorveglianza 24/24 e WiFi. L'appartamento è composto da cucina separata, camera da letto, bagno completo, soggiorno con TV e divano. Presenti lavatrice, wifi e aria condizionata. Vi è un'ulteriore doccia esterna ed ad uso esclusivo, situata nel giardino privato sul retro della casa. Il giardino è arredato con set da pranzo, solarium con sdraio e ombrellone.

L'interno offre una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia e un soggiorno-cucina con balcone vista mare. Agosto: minimo 7 notti da sabato a sabato. Biancheria non inclusa.
