A well appointed 900 square foot garage apartment (upper level) with stunning outdoor space near Stardust Marina on Norris Lake. The apartment is a one bedroom, one bathroom with a large living room and kitchen area. You will not find a better outdoor space! There is an outdoor shower, a sauna, three fireplaces, and a large deck for lounging. The outdoor spaces are usually in the shade by 5pm. We are located just off the lake near Stardust Marina. There is a very small lakeview from the unit.

Spacious and secure 4 bedroom/3 bath home that has been setup to sleep a large group comfortably. Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. Charming 1 bedroom cabin w/ separate kitchen and living room. Located on the second story of the Horse barn and is accessible by a staircase. We have beautiful views of the mountains and of Norris Lake from outside your cabin. We are a Private 140-acre working hay farm surrounded by an additional 260 acres of forest with over 10 miles of trails for your enjoyment. The Lake is a short hike from your door and is great for fishing, boating, water skiing, hiking, wildlife, camping, and picnicking.

Hideaway at Knobby Hill

Relax and unwind at our private, serene getaway located minutes to Norris Lake and near many recreational trails leading to Royal Blue. Gorgeous mountain views with lake access less than one mile away. From a day filled with family fun on the lake to riding ATVs in the mountains, our guests have no problem staying entertained. In the evening enjoy the super sized patio and unwind while overlooking a gorgeous mountain sunset or get out and catch fireflies while the horses roam in the front yard.

This is a very cute cottage style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. You are very close to marinas and public access boat docks, within 5 minutes, as well as ATV trails. You can drive your ATV's directly to the trail accesses without taking the trailer. Minutes to Tackett Creek as well as other access points. We are within 5 miles of a brand new public boat launch with extensive parking as well as close to Powell Valley Resort 5 miles, Springs Dock 6.3 miles and Sugar Hollow 11 miles.

The Ambleside Cottage

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Our outdoor living spaces are unmatched and with just a gentle slope down to the water, you can enjoy cornhole in the yard, floating in the water, roasting marshmallows in the firepit, or just relaxing on the covered deck. Inside, the house is equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal and rest your head after a day in the sun! Park your boat in the covered boat slip and tie up another on the outside without worry as we are in a quiet cove without any traffic.
