Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis - perfect for relaxing and also for working. This studio is about 20 minutes walk from the airport, 20 minites walk to main street and about 15 minutes walk to Ocean village. The nearest beach is a few minutes walk away and other popular beaches further along the east coast. The flat is located on a high floor with great views of the beach and sea. There is a lovely restaurant downstairs and a spa and gym in the basement.

Garden at the entrance. It is a first floor without elevator. Our house is walking 2 minutes from the Train Station, 5 minutes from the Bus Station and about 7 minutes from the Tagus Bridge. Parking on the same street.
