La villetta è comunicante con l'altra porzione attraverso una porta interna. Nel caso in cui si avesse bisogno di più posti letto le due ville si potranno fittare entrambe ed unire. Diversamente, la porta resterà chiusa tenendo separate le due villette le quali hanno anche entrate esterne indipendenti. Acqua non potabile da bere. Tassa di soggiorno 1€ a persona a notte.
