This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

Close to Little 5 Points, the Beltline, Ponce City Market as well as neighborhood gems like Candler Park Market, Frazer forest and the Lake Claire Land Trust. Owners live upstairs with two children and a dog. You may hear sounds of family life during daytime hours.

Top-Floor Studio | Treetop View Luxe Bath

1 Large california king bed and 1 long couch suitable for sleeping. Bathroom is fully equipped for all your needs. Wifi, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, filtered water, and coffee maker (with grounds) are provided for each guest. Microwave and mini fridge is upstairs. Guests can also relax in our beautiful backyard, with a set of adirondack chairs. Guests will enter through the back yard up a small set of exterior stairs. We will provide you with a keycode for entry.

Candler Park Rooms to Rent

Two lovely rooms plus a bath are waiting for you in Candler Park. Separated from the other parts of the house, with a private entrance off the front porch. Lots of peace and quiet, and we are frequently gone and don't keep up much noise. Two block walk to Little Five Points and Freedom Path, which feeds directly onto the beltline, as well as all the neighborhood parks and restaurants. Close to Emory/CDC. Ten minute walk to Marta. Airy with comfortable high end furnishings, we created our apartment for travelers who appreciate design and comfort. Peaceful but in the middle of it all with easy access to the Beltline, Ponce City Market, Inman Park, Little Five, Variety Playhouse, VA Highlands, Mercedes Benz/State Farm arena, Emory University/ Hospital & GA Tech.
