North Falmouth Suite 'downstairs suite'

This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Abundant with herb and flower gardens sprawling alongside a classic horse barn, our farm has charmed guests from over 20 countries since 2013. Our private guest quarters make for peaceful stay, and our made-from-scratch breakfasts bring a delicious start to your morning. The farm’s close proximity to natural and cultural attractions also offers many options for exploration and adventure.

Howards End - Room 2-1 (Queen Bed & Private Bath)

This room is on the second floor, and the size is about 150 sqft. It has a queen bed and a large private bathroom with bathtub. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. Our rooms are for guests with a lower budget. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Welcome! This cheerful, clean and private 1st-floor bedroom is in a restored 1799 farmhouse.We are about halfway between Boston and the Cape Cod Canal and convenient to all major highways. Guests have a private entrance and newly renovated, bedroom/bath suite. Parking, a comfy queen-size bed, and TV are included as well as a fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and "The Mayflower" are 10-15 minute drive. No cameras on property. We respect your privacy.

We built our home in 1997 and have shared it with our five children, grandchildren and extended family.
