Morvoren Cottage is just 4 blocks from the water and a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown with private off-street parking. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Great for wading, boating, or swimming in the summer and bird watching and soaking up the peaceful views in the winter. Watch the sun rise over the lake from the King bed in the master bedroom! Perfect for artists, those looking to reflect or re-connect, or short getaways. Up to 2 dogs allowed, woof! ($50 fee)

Perfect location! Home is conveniently located midway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington with extremely easy access to both. Open floorplan with two bedrooms and two full baths with a third bedroom converted into an office space. Home has two dedicated parking spots and a private fenced in back yard. Enjoy a beverage in the screened in back patio before heading out for the evening. Amenities include three TV's, washer, dryer, coffee, pressure cooker, air fryer etc.

Nestled among the trees just 15 minutes from the beach, this peaceful retreat offers beautiful views from every window. Take a leisurely 200-foot stroll to our shared waterfront dock to launch a kayak or paddleboard, sip your morning coffee, or watch herons and egrets. Pages Creek Nature Trail is a 5-minute walk away. Our beautiful cottage comfortably sleeps six. Spacious deck highlights the amazing oceanfront views. Spacious gathering room and all stainless appliances. Beds made and linens/towels provided for each guest. Huge back porch boasts outdoor dining area, adirondack chairs, outdoor shower and private beach access. Stays include linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and Shibumi Shade are all available for your stay as well!
