There is also an air mattress available. Comfortable living room area with large flat screen TV and dedicated desktop workspace. Private Bathroom, walk-in shower and a small kitchen area with hot plate, pots pans, coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator. Nice outside patio with fire pit & acres to roam!

Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

The property is accessed from a quiet alley & includes covered parking beneath the unit. When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Welcome to our charming guest house in historic Carolina Place! The house has plenty of seating, a fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom & laundry. This amazing location is a short drive to downtown and is walkable to the bars, restaurants & shops in the Cargo District! We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are approved in advance for a $75 pet fee per dog that will be charged separately after booking.

Welcome! Our recently remodeled Haymount Hideaway is so comfy and relaxing, you’ll feel right at home. This detached guest house has an open floor plan, stylish furnishings and a secluded loft bedroom (please be aware, LOFT BEDROOM HAS A LOW CEILING). The spacious Hideaway is ideally located just a block away from the historic Haymount neighborhood, one mile from downtown Fayetteville and a quick 8 miles to Fort Bragg.
