Enjoy all that Carlsbad has to offer, without having to stay right in town. 4ish miles (no traffic) to Main Street District, Yellow Brix patio and indoor dining, Nurvis Purvis Brewery (new) with The Carrot Top on property (great food!), Milton's Brewing with events, miniature golf, Christmas on the Pecos, Albertson's grocery store. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.
