Supermercado y cafeteria (5min caminando), comunidad muy tranquila para trabajo o descansar despues de un dia en la playa o hacer turismo en nuestro hermoso Puerto Rico. Comfortable and cozy rooms with bathroom, located in a safe and quiet area five minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin airport in SJ. Close to restaurants, fast foods, banks, pharmacies, casinos and the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. We recently installed solar panels with batteries to ensure our guests have power during the blackouts that have been occurring frequently in Puerto Rico lately. We also have a water cistern in case of a water emergency.
