Für die sonnigen aber kühleren Monate verfügt die Villa über eine Gaszentralheizung und Kaminofen. Für den Sommer sind Klimaanlagen vorhanden.

Si entra attraverso una antica pergola di uva fragola, la cucina ed il bagno sono stati ricavati nelle "alcove", mentre la zona pranzo e la zona notte sono ubicate in un trullo saraceno e in uno a cono molto alto. Il patio esterno e la vicina piscina con due bordi a sfioro consentono di ammirare il panorama della valle e lo skyline di Ceglie Messapica.
