L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di un palazzo in pieno centro e a pochi passi dal mare, la vista dal terrazzo è più unica che rara. Le spiagge distano 5/10 minuti mentre il centro della città, con tutti i suoi servizi, è proprio tutto intorno. Solo l'ingresso è in comune con un altro appartamento, la casa è composta da una camera da letto climatizzata, soggiorno\cucina climatizzata con divano letto e poltrona letto, un bagno con doccia e una splendida terrazza attrezzata.

Casale Donna Morena is the right place to spend moments of relaxation and tranquility with your family. The structures is located a few minutes from both Modica and Pozzallo. It can accommodate up to 4 people, kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom (cot if needed), bathroom, laundry room (including washing machine). Outside there is the outdoor swimming pool, 2 deckchairs, garden, barbecue, playground and large space. The services available are: tv, air conditioning, wi-fi.
