Tamworth Farm Stay in Writer's Cottage #323

Authentically Rustic, Quintessentially Cozy Writer's Cottage #323 is tucked into a wooded area on White Gates Farm. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower, wifi on the farm. Cottage comes with bacon and eggs to cook breakfast and all you can eat "pick your own" vegetables (when in season). Hike in the area, visit the village of Tamworth, bike ride, or just stay on the farm. You can even pitch in with chores during certain hours. Well behaved pets on leashes welcomed at a nominal fee.

We just finished completely rehabbing interior, and freshly painted and landscaped exterior(2022). The house directly overlooks Center Harbor Village on one side and is just steps from Lake Winnipesaukee on the other side. Sweeping views of the Lake, it comfortably sleeps 12 people and is large enough for 2/3 families vacationing together. PLEASE NOTE: 7 night minimum in summer weeks.

This is a newer construction up on the hillside of Linderhof, great mountain views of the valley and Attitash. Two lovely decks one is larger with a gas grill, the other a more private and covered deck for watching sunsets. Plenty of parking for multiple cars and separate lower entrance if you have heavy gear. One mile to Storyland and Jackson, set north of the Conway congestion makes for easy vacation fun and shopping, even Grants Market for groceries is only minutes away.

I HAVE TWO BEDROOMS. The first room (queen bed) is $110/night (NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES) through Airbnb and the second room (full bed, which can be requested once you book the first room and with family or friends only) is $75/night which must be booked directly through me. For your enjoyment, I offer my homemade oatmeal/honey bread, banana bread, blueberry muffins and strawberry and raspberry jam.
