Perfect for couples and traveling professionals, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70” HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under gorgeous Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider.

Farmhouse decor in a country setting nestled on the edge of our property overlooking a mature hardwood forest. Space has lots of unique touches from reclaimed barn wood design to custom fixtures. Wood floors and ceilings throughout give the place warm and inviting atmosphere to relax. Large picture windows allow for lots of natural light into the space if you desire. Large porch covered porch to relax. Fire pit just off the porch. Starlink WifI Reminder kids under 12 not allowed at this unit.

The Blue Gate Milton Mountain Retreat

In rural Alpharetta, a cozy and modern 1br/1ba efficiency on the outskirts of the highly sought after equestrian Milton community. Looking to get away for a weekend, a couple seeking to reconnect, or on vacation? We are close to the famous Greenway for biking, hiking, walking and running. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and experience the beauty of Milton/Alpharetta all within a 4 to 20 minute radius of our location. We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.

Nellie’s Lake Retreat

Remodeled home on Lake Allatoona - only land between our home and the lake is property owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. You can walk down to the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds. Speaking of sounds you will faintly hear train horns on occasion throughout the day and night (sound travels across the lake). The house is open and bright, it faces South so plenty of light even in winter. Enjoy sitting on the deck or in the covered patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this downtown Cartersville home. Walk to all downtown shops and restaurants. Relax in the mornings drinking coffee on the attached screened in porch. Spacious parking lot behind home that is private and secure. Family friendly setup with a huge sectional couch that pulls out into a full queen sleeper with all needed linens and pillows. Coffee bar setup, dedicated workspace with printer, wireless wifi and tv’s in each room.

We are just 6 miles from LakePoint sports complex (10 minutes) and 1.5 miles from historic downtown Cartersville. Our home will sleep 10, including two roll a way beds. If you have other sleeping requests we will be happy to try to accommodate you. 3 TV’s with Xfinity and Wifi plus the bunk room has an additional TV for gaming. Dogs friendly, the back yard is fenced. We are walking distance to Dellinger Park which offers Walking/running trails, tennis courts play grounds and more.

Big enough to host a family reunion, but cozy enough for a romantic weekend with your honey. Each room has its own décor theme, the master suite is INCREDIBLE, and the house has plenty to keep you entertained like pool, games, Starlink Wifi and dish network. We have worked hard to make our home your home.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)

This charming barn studio is nestled in the country side of Adairsville Georgia. Guest can enjoy a hillside view of our beautiful catch and release pond where you are invited to fish. Wildlife is abundant here, common visitors are ducks, geese, herring, rabbits, and deer. We live on this property and love meeting new people and are happy to answer any question you may have.
