Nearby attractions include La Purisima Mission,the Wine Ghetto, Solvang, Santa Barbara, beaches and many wineries. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. The bedroom/living area has a double bed. The kitchen offers the ability to bake, fry, and microwave. Come enjoy farm life! We are about seven miles from the beach. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have wifi for you. Farm tours and dairy milking experience are also options.

Welcome to Bodega House! We can’t wait to host you at our charming 1920s farmhouse in Los Alamos. Please note that we’re currently making some updates to the house. At this time, there is one queen bed available, and the second bedroom has been arranged as a lounge. The space comfortably accommodates two guests, with a sofa bed available — perfect for a child or extra guest. Our wine and beer garden, Bodega, is next door.
