CasparCottage. is a charming quiet nicely appointed cottage that we built on our 5 private acres 3 miles from the ocean and 10 minutes from Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. This cozy house was just built on 3-acres. This property has all modern appliances & everything you will need for cooking. There is a covered front porch that overlooks a garden & has a barbecue for a relaxing meal. The back of the property has a fire pit & table for roasting marshmallows. Two walking blocks away is the Botanical Gardens where you will experience vast gardens and spectacular views, and maybe see a pod of whales. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in.

We're located on 5 wooded acres 10 minutes from the village of Mendocino, Big River Beach, Mendocino Woodlands and Mendocino Headlands. Located in a quiet lush setting of Redwoods, and wild Rhododendrons adjacent to Jackson State Forest. The cottage has one bedroom and bathroom and the living area includes a full kitchen. Quiet and secluded. Located on a paved private lane away from traffic.
