Casa da Encosta

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

A Casa da Quinta do Magriço está inserida num espaço de 1 hectare de jardins cuidados e vinhas de vinho do Porto, onde os hóspedes poderão passear e usufruir dos vários recantos românticos de descanso ou leitura. A vista sobre o Douro e as suas montanhas é arrebatadora. Tem uma piscina com 12m de comprimento rodeada por belas árvores com o Douro ao fundo. Tem uma kitchenette equipada e o pequeno almoço é deixado na Casa. Todos os espaços são para uso exclusivo dos dois hóspedes da Casa.

The "Mirage of Douro" House is located in a privileged space, on a high ground with panoramic view over Douro river. It is the ideal place to disconnect from daily routine and reunite with nature, taking advantage of the river beach, the river and the forest that the region offers. The fundamental principles of the House are FREEDOM, CONNECTION WITH NATURE and DISCONNECTION OF TECHNOLOGY. Being the House isolated and integrated in a green land, it provides silence, relaxation and peace.

Javalina is a romantic stone house surrounded by nature and lots of fresh air just one hour from Porto. Start your day with a delicious breakfast while the birds are singing, relax in the afternoon with a book in the shade of a large tree, and end your evening with a glass of wine and deep conversations. The unique saltwater pool, framed by magnificent trees, offers breathtaking views of the Douro Valley, and the outdoor bathtub invites you to enjoy cosy moments all year round.

A casa encontra-se inserida numa quinta com vinha, árvores de fruto, ervas aromáticas e horta. Na quinta existe uma piscina infinita e uma casa na árvore que encanta as crianças. Nas proximidades existe a Casa de Eça de Queiroz, os Caminhos de Jacinto, as Termas de Arêgos e o Rio Douro.
