This cozy studio style cottage sleeps 2 guests. It has a queen bed and a full bath w/ shower. There is a washing machine in the cabin & outdoor clothes line for drying. *Laundry detergent is NOT provided* We are dog friendly --NO additional fee. (NO CATS ALLOWED). TV Steaming provided (Hulu live, Amazon Prime, Netflix and Apple TV). *An AWD/4WD VEHICLE IS A MUST DURING WINTER AND EARLY SPRING! YOU SHOULD HAVE WINTER TIRES WITH GOOD TREAD (not all season). Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Wonderful scenic family hikes to Azure, Debar, Lyon, and St. Regis Mountains make for perfect family adventures.
