The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

L'appartamento e' luminosissimo, interamente affacciato sul canale principale , in posizione privilegiata. Gli arredi sono tutti su misura, ogni dettaglio e' curato. Dal balcone in sala si gode di una vista magnifica, soprattutto al tramonto. La posizione e' strategica per spostarsi ovunque in laguna. A soli 30 metri la fermata del vaporetto di Navagero, da dove si possono comodamente raggiungere il centro storico di Venezia, il Lido e l'aeroporto.
