Stay in a newly constructed 1 Bedroom, one-bath 700 sq. foot furnished guest house called The Patriot on D in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You will be just minutes on foot (shorter on bicycle) to the Downtown Square, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, the Walmart Home Office, bike trails, and local breweries and restaurants. The home is dog friendly but no accessible fenced yard. However, there is ample space for walking your pup around. Please ask about our veteran/first responder rates.

The house is located in the central of Bentonville and steps from the new Osage Park and Lake Bentonville. You can bike from the house to Heritage Trail that will lead you down N. Walton, stop in-between to visit the popular Slaughter Pen Mountain Bike Trail. Our garage has been designed for the biker!

We are a block away from the Applegate Trail head which will take you to Coler Trails where you can ride trails, play in the creek, and enjoy a coffee at Airship. We are also minutes away from Downtown Bentonville, and several other yummy destinations. Our garage has been designed with the biker in mind with bike tools and extra bikes.
