Hot tub (only available from Oct 1st-May 31st) Enjoy the sun, beautiful nature of Anclote River with 3 kayaks and 3 paddle boards. Daily sightings of dolphins, manatees and many species of birds passing by. Fish right off the sea wall. Beach is a short 2-miles away. Overnight boat docking.

River View, located on the Indian River in Cocoa, is a one-of-a-kind destination. This apartment accommodates two adults on a double bed, with an optional pullout for two children under the age of 12. You will be just 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center, and an hour from Disney World. Enjoy sunrises and maybe a rocket launch! When you arrive, pull to the bottom of the driveway, park in front of the left garage door. Follow sidewalk to the left to private lower entrance.

Only 2.5 miles from downtown Cocoa Beach. Restaurants Taco City, Squid Lips, Fat Snook located within minutes by car. Perfect place to vacation!

This private vacation rental is a Second floor 1 bedroom apartment is newly furnished, professionally decorated and equipped with all the conveniences of home. Island Oak joins 4 other popular vacation rentals within the Grove Keeper Collective compound. This upper unit has a balcony off the bedroom which looks into a 175 year old oak that provides a tree house effect. We hope you come and enjoy this new addition to Grove Keeper Collective. We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.
