Dieses traditionelle Haus aus dem Jahr 1873 befindet sich seit jeher in Familienbesitz und wurde als unser 2. Projekt liebevoll kernsaniert, umgebaut und renoviert. Es handelt sich um ein 1-Raum-Haus mit über 70 Quadratmetern, quasi ein Loft, mit 3 Betten, Wohn- sowie Essbereich. Bad und Küche wurden neu angebaut, viele alte Strukturen blieben erhalten. Fernab vom Massentourismus, lädt das Dorf zum Erholen & Entspannen ein. Die zentrale Lage ist der ideale Startpunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden.

Kalathos Square Luxury Suites’ diamond is Villa Mylos, which is a 19th century olive mill that has been lovingly converted into a luxury Villa while retaining all the traditional elements of the original stone building. The olive press is a long building with arches in which the "mangano" (press) and the "millstone" where the olives were ground are still preserved. Villa Mylos has retained its bare stone walls, high ceilings, and an atrium featuring a private jetted pool has been built.

There is also a parking space just outside the house. The city of Rhodes is 32Km away and Lindos is 19Km away, while Faliraki is 15Km.

Τhe apartment is located just 10 steps away from the sea and a few meters away from all restaurants and other shops. When you enter the apartment you find the kitchen, a private bathroom and the sofa with the TV. The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed .
