Our well insulated house has newly fitted central heating in all rooms and bathrooms. It is warm and cosy in winter and cool in the summer. Enjoy super fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Sky sports, Netflix. Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

Cabin is well equipped, we supply a breakfast starter pack and tea & coffee, and a few treats. We are happy to help set up birthday/anniversary celebration. Small air fryer in kitchen & Gas Weber BBQ available for use. Bring your bikes, we have a cycle rack. Only 1 unit on property, you’ll be comfortably secluded & privacy is respected.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Please let us know if you'd like to meet and feed the Alpaca - they'd like to meet you!
