Cozy & clean & close to the Gulf! PARKING & BEACH available if staying here! Separate studio entrance up the back stairs with a balcony & windows with a view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You will be 3 houses away from the beach. This is a studio apartment with a comfortable queen-size bed and a Click Clack couch that opens into a small double bed, if needed. There is a full bathroom with nice shower. There is a small kitchenette with stovetop, microwave and toaster oven for cooking.

We're located on Gottfried Creek/Redfish Cove, just off of Lemon Bay. We are 2 miles from Manasota Key, where you will find Englewood Beach and Stump Pass State Park on the south end. As you head north on the key, you will find Middle Beach and Manasota Beach. We are surrounded by water and there is so much to do! Stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, boating or just laying on the beach soaking up some sun! We have two kayaks and two bicycles for your use, or try fishing from our dock.

The Blue Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood just 4 blocks from Dearborn Avenue with all great entertainment, eclectic shopping and restaurants, live music, and more. The Front porch pictured is part of the main house and is NOT included for use while renting the Blue Cottage Suite. IF the main home is vacant during your stay, I will let you know and it can be used during that time.
