Blacksmith House - Charming Historic Getaway

Built in 1790 as a blacksmith shop named “The Town Ax," Blacksmith House was rebuilt in the early 1990's and renovated by the present owners in 2017. The roughhewn beams of the original structure are exposed in every room. Approached by a grand stone staircase, set in a lilac-lined hamlet with plantings, surrounded by wildflowers, furnished with antiques and primitive Americana, Blacksmith House radiates tranquility and graciousness with its full-width front porch and classic proportions.

Beautiful home that offers privacy on over one acre of land. It is only a short drive to the conveniences of downtown shopping, restaurants, Bennington College, and much more. This house is 35 minutes from Manchester's famous outlets, 20 minutes from Williamstown, MA, and 45 minutes from Albany, NY. Bromley and Mount Snow ski areas are 40 minutes. The Beer Diviner Brewery Apartment

The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed (extra twin mattress beneath). HD TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot tea kettle and k-cup coffeemaker. Complimentary pint of craft beer in taproom. Located in a private setting in a hollow in the Taconic Mountains.

Wildlife Lakeside Cottage; views/wildlife

Fully furnished and remodeled with new upgrades in Spring 2025 including a cathedral master bedroom suite with a full bath. Our private cottage is set on a peninsula at a cove where a trout stream enters the lake. Incredible amount of wildlife, especially all types of birds. The home has sunny views everywhere. Seasonal weeds do grow in the adjacent lake which can impact water activities, especially in the summer months. Sleeps 6. Ther are two full and one 1/2 baths.

Charming 2nd-floor studio on a working produce farm in beautiful Berkshire County. Convenient to many local attractions such as Tanglewood, Bousquet Mountain ski resort, Naumkeag, local theater, museums, and much more. Visit our farm stand from late June through mid-October for fresh vegetables, baked goods, and our delicious corn on the cob! Spend time visiting with the farm's goats, horses and chickens, or just relax out on the balcony and take in the views.

Escape to a secluded custom built tiny house nestled amongst old pines and the Umpachene River. Inside, rustic charm meets modern comfort with 2 lux queen-sized beds, a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, a massive bedroom forest view and a private sauna. Outside the home you can find a cozy fire-pit, trails that lead down to the river, and a dining table for all your meals. Go out for a day of hiking and exploring, and come back to unwind to sounds of nature.

Newly Renovated Red Door Annex

Private keypad entrance with parking. Large bedroom with a new Queen bed, full bathroom. There is a small table for dining and working, a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and pour-over coffee and tea in a nook outside the bedroom. The Annex is in a tranquil neighborhood between Great Barrington and Williamstown/North Adams and ski areas. 20 minutes to Lenox. Fire Pit. The Annex is attached to the main house but is completely private.

Cozy barn apartment on the river

Private converted first floor barn apartment next to the Green River. Comfortable with unique furnishings and back door that opens to a riverfront covered patio. Sleeps 1-2 comfortably. Can accommodate 4 with the extra sleeper, tri-fold floor mattress, (Best for 1-2 smaller children). Private full bath. Great for 1-2 adults or a family with smaller children. It is on our property with a shared driveway.

Cozy Cottage By The Farm

Rest and relax at our newly renovated and peaceful cottage overlooking the beautiful Vertical Limits Horse Stables. We are conveniently located 5 mins from thruway North and South, HITS horse show, restaurants, shopping and everything else that Saugerties has to offer. A scenic 10 min drive will take you to Kingston or Woodstock, and approx. 30 mins away from Windham and Hunter Mountain Ski resorts.

GreenHouse

Relax and enjoy the Berkshires at this peaceful place to stay in the beautiful Berkshires of western Massachusetts. GreenHouse is the guest cottage for the historic Hyde House which is on the National Register of Historic Places. Located within walking distance of Lee, Ma, the house is also conveniently located near Stockbridge and Lenox.
