Easy access by car to Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Bicester Village, The Cotswolds, Diddly Squat Farm Shop, Silverstone and beyond. Nestled in a secluded & sheltered spot on our small farm, which is home to a delightful array of animals & wildlife. Our partially re-wilded farm is a haven for diverse nature. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. With its beautifully appointed linens and furnishings our shepard’s hut is the perfect base for your next break.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Cosy shepherd's hut in a quiet location in the village of Bampton, best known for featuring in the TV show Downton Abbey. The hut is situated in a private garden and an off road parking space is provided. The hut has its own bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and cooking equipment. Outside there is a patio area with comfortable seating, a chimenea and table and chairs.
