Ideal for a romantic break away, there is a wood burning hot tub where you can enjoy and take in our amazing views across Happy Valley. We are based on the outskirts of Little Tew just 2 miles away from Soho Farmhouse. Also, Diddly Squat farm is 11 minutes away, The Farmers Dog is 29 minutes away. All popular with guests. We don’t accept dogs here as the Happy Valley Pod is on a working farm with livestock.

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Our comfortable and spacious guest house is tucked away on a quiet private road in the heart of the picturesque market town of Charlbury. Just a few minutes’ walk from charming local pubs serving delicious food and drinks. A perfect base for exploring nearby villages and Cotswold attractions, including Soho Farmhouse, Diddly Squat Farm, and Daylesford. Only a 8-minute walk to the train station, with direct mainline services to London Paddington.

Our friendly village is a 10 minute drive from junction 12 off the M40, just a few miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Banbury, with easy access to exploring the Cotswolds.
