Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

With no wi-fi or electricity on site, guests are encouraged to switch off and spend time soaking away the evenings in the hot tub.

We are on the A50 which is a main road between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel and is very convenient for M6 and M56 . Introducing our lakeside lodge which is set in it's own woodland. New for summer 2025. The lodge sleeps 2 people, has it's own kitchen, shower room and TV. Outside you can set on the deck and watch the wildlife in the lake. There is also a stylish 2 person wood fired hot tub. Conveniently located for Delamere Forest, 10 minutes from Tarporley, with an abundance of upmarket pubs and restaurants just a few minutes away. The Hide at Oakmere is our new addition for summer '25.
