It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located bedroom/bathroom suite! Comfy and cozy. Meticulously furnished with everything you need. Private ground floor access. 12 minutes to Lake Lanier. 15 minutes to Mall of Georgia. 15 minutes to Road Atlanta Raceway. 50 minutes to Georgia Aquarium, Truist Park (Altanta Braves), downtown Atlanta.
