There is a full kitchen, with all the basics and coffee, a living room to relax in, and a full sized bedroom with a queen bed. No TV. A/C, heat, bathroom with shower. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for several days or more. It's a duplex connected to the main house, The entrance is on a different side, so it feels totally separate. You MUST have GREAT reviews to rent it.

This 366 sq. ft. abode is anything but normal. Small & tastefully designed to meet all of your traveling needs. Comfy and cozy with dishwasher/refrigerator/gas range/ queen bed/bathtub/shower/satellite tv/wifi/patio/ 9 blocks from downtown. Please note: There is a washer & dryer available for use only between the hours of 11:00 am & 8:00pm. The washer/dryer are located on a shared wall with other guests so the hours of use are strict as to not bother other guests who may be sleeping.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

This is an adorable private carriage house, alongside an iconic and historic Chico home built in 1938 for the late Senator Johnson. The property is over an acre and faces the beautiful Bidwell Park. The property sits in an ideal location for a Chico experience, with direct front access to Bidwell Park trails for walking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, site seeing, golf and lovely downtown shopping, dining and nightlife. The pool is typically open mid May through September.
