Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Located in a quiet East Rochester neighborhood and minutes from the 490 Expressway, this comfortable open concept home, featuring gleaming hardwood, is perfectly situated for any adventure you've planned in the Rochester area! Sleeping up to six, with three bedrooms and two updated bathrooms, this sun-filled house offers a wonderful home-away experience. One bedroom/bathroom is located on main floor for those who like to avoid stairs. Pets allowed if approved; please enquire. $25/night/pet.

We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

Conveniently located to highways and approximately fifteen minutes to downtown, ten minutes to lots of restaurants in Henrietta and lots of shopping.
