RUSTIC-no running water! cabin perfect for exploring all mid-coast Maine has to offer: 3 hours from Boston or Acadia, 1 hour to Portland and Maine’s gorgeous beaches. 10-30 minute drive to Hiking, swim spots, farm-stands, nationally recognized dairy farms, breweries, restaurants. 5 minute walk from a pickleball court. Stargaze in the hammock by campfire, Grill dinner, check out local tide charts to float in canoe or kayak on the Eastern river. Wood fired oven can be rented for additional fee.

Snowmobile trails are accessible from the cabin, and ATV trails with parking are accessible from nearby Kingfield (6 miles north). Ski Sugarloaf, bike the Carrabassett Valley trails, hike the Bigelow Preserve, or just relax by the river - this area has it all!

If all you need is a bed and a bathroom, Roxie is the cabin for you! A very comfortable full-size bed, a composting toilet, and a mini woodstove are here for you in this cozy 8x12 cabin in the woods. 2wd vehicle access & a parking spot near your door. Hike trails, kayak, fishing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing then return to your little space to relax & enjoy! A firepit with wood, an outside table, hammock chairs, and solar power lights & charging. 24/7 Guest restroom with shower!

The Hammock Haven Island Dome looks at sunsets on Annabessacook Lake. Sleep comfortably, cook your favorite meals, hammock nap on a dock in the water, bask in the glow of the fire or wood stove, hear the calls of the loons, play on the rope swing, canoe, kayak, or paddle board the lake, explore the trails of this 14 acre wooded island, and then repeat as needed. The Waterfront Cottage sits directly on the shores of Snow Pond, 15 minutes from Colby College and downtown Waterville and 1/2 mile from the Snow Pond Center for the Arts. Enjoy the BEST sunset views from the private dock and listen to the waves and loons at night. The private front deck is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail after a day of swimming and kayaking from the sandy beach. You also have a private outdoor hot soaking tub and water view barrel sauna. Paradise!
