We are a 10 minute drive from Blenheim Palace and Estelle Manor, 20 mins from Soho Farmhouse and 30 mins from Daylesford and Oxford's dreaming spires. Cosy 2 Bed cottage New Yatt Farm

This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small

Self contained Studio

Little Rockwell is a self contained studio, without kitchen facilities. Very stylist, brand new accommodation for two people in the centre of Eynsham. It consists of a king sized bed, seating/dining area with fridge and has a large shower, sink and toilet. This is separate from our home, but access is via the driveway and it’s above our garage. The bus stop is very close for access to both Witney and Oxford. We are close to Blenheim Palace and The Cotswolds too.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Dairy Cottage at Mill Farm

*Private*Spacious*Homely* We are surrounded by Blenheim Estate fields and the river Evenlode, 2 min from Blenheim Palace in Woodstock and only 10 min from Oxford by train. Gaze at the sky, sit by the bonfire, spot the local wildlife and walk or cycle the beautiful nearby woods. We are actively rewilding, check out our native plants maze! There are cows, chickens, cats and wildlife on the farm, sheep in near by fields.
