The cottage is in a superb setting on a south facing hillside with panoramic views across miles of fine Yorkshire countryside. It is approximately two miles from the centre of vibrant Hebden Bridge where there is an excellent range of independent shops, restaurants, coffee bars, art décor cinema, theatre and markets. The cottage has been recently refurbished retaining many original features but with all the modern comforts inc a fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.

Welcome to my modern, comfortable, contemporary, homely 3 bedroom semi-detached, located one house from the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by fields and views into Leeds city centre, within a short walk to Morley train station and one stop into Leeds centre, waking distance to the white rose shopping centre and waking distance to Morley centre or the trendy bars of Morley bottoms, close to m62 and m1. Towels are provided for each guest, large walk in shower separate bath, additional sofa bed.

This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!
