A wonderful retreat full of unique details and charm.Enjoy relaxing on the front porch swing or in the private patio with hot tub. Inside are 18 ft. vaulted ceilings with rough hewn beams, antique windows, hardwood floors, and attention to detail.The kitchen is nicely equipped with full sized appliances and bar seating.The sleeping loft has privacy and great views with a queen bed and plenty of storage.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill).
