With updated kitchen and bathrooms, the Stone House offers the charms of 19th century architecture with modern comforts. The house features an open dining/living room and 2 staircases. Upstairs you’ll find 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms that share the master bathroom (Jack and Jill style). Hopeland Farm is a 100 acre working farm just 10-15 min from downtown Lititz.

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

The Robins Nest is a cozy, trendy suite in the lower level of our home. A private entrance (no steps) with easy check in. We live in the country so you may see wildlife like deer. There is lots of natural sunlight in the nest. Head for fresh produce on Fridays at Green Dragon Farmers Market 10 min away. We are only 40 min from Amish country, 50 min to Hersheypark and 15 min to many antique stores. Or hike at Middle Creek Wildlife Management or rent kayaks at Middle Creek Kayaks 10 min away.

Greystone House

Our goal was to create a cozy and quiet place to relax in or as a home base for checking out the area. Most of Lancaster Co. is less than a 30 min. drive away. A cafe, pizza shop and ice cream shop (the best!) are about 1/2 mile away. Many more are close by in the town of Ephrata or just a few miles farther in the town of Lititz-home of Wilbur chocolate. You will have your own space in our home, but separated by a locked door.

Its beautiful timber framework, high steel beams for suspension, and glass front makes for the perfect retreat.
