The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

This house is in the perfect central location of the NY COUNRY side. THERE ARE ZERO STREET LIGHTS. We are short drive to many attractions around NY. The Mohawk Getaway! Private heated pool

Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The Main Street Market- I-90 (Utica/ Rome)

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

This listing is on the second floor so there are about 15 stairs to climb.The Price is set per person. It is located a half mile from Dibbles Inn and 4.7 miles from Turning Stone Casino. This is a full apartment for guests to stay a day or a week. It has a full bath, full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Coffee machine with coffee caddy. There is are two bedrooms with a queen and a full size bed. Both couches recline (4).

(There are currently NO animals on the farm, as this is primarily a nut tree farm.)
