If your looking to relax and unwind this is the place for you. Not a far drive to local eateries and shops. Drive a little further and hit the NC Zoo or Carowinds amusement park approx. one hr. drive. Close to Mocksville BB&T ball field BMX park Tanglewood park in Clemmons Ten miles to Salisbury. With a library for the family and a home theater with classic DVD's, you have plenty to do even on rainy days. The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room has a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. The 900 sq. ft. guesthouse you'll stay in, was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.

Cherry Treesort "Lucy Lu's"

The Lucy Lus hobbit house is a one-of-a-kind experience underground. It has a spacious 400 sq feet with a queen bedroom, entryway room, living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bathroom. It has AC/ Heat, a flushing toilet, and a shower. The Hobbit House sits on 27 acres with the 8 other treehouses we have built. Come stay in one of the most unique stays in the country, you won't be disappointed.

Only 5 minutes away from Lake Norman State Park where you may enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and boating! Chickadee Farms a quick drive across Troutman (5 miles distance). Downtown Mooresville is a 10 minute drive from the house where there are numerous restaurants / bars and entertainment such as indoor rock climbing, go carting, movies, bowling, and billiards.

The Lodge at 7 Oaks is a private studio that is a part of our detached garage. The room offers a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a fenced in yard with an outdoor seating area with firepit. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.
