"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

This 1915 historic home has been professionally remodeled with modern amenities to elevate your stay with comfort and style. The White House is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, only a few blocks from Main Street, Colorado Mesa University, and 10 minutes to the trails. Ride our complimentary cruiser bikes to downtown dining and shopping, or cruise the River Front Trail to concerts at Las Colonias. Our spacious backyard includes a space to entertain with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and cornhole.

My spacious, private and clean duplex has everything you'll need plus extras! Close to downtown, hiking and biking. Access to the entire unit #1 without any interruptions. No shared spaces, own private laundry room, private front entrance, private fenced backyard with an entrance. Fully stocked kitchen with air popper popcorn maker, (popcorn provided), air fryer, cold frosted mugs, keerig coffee maker and regular coffee maker and a yoga mat. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the the covered front porch.

A fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, a workspace and a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. relax in the backyard featuring a Shared Gazebo, Firepit and BBQ. Off street parking. However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

Barn house stay near Palisade, hot tub and views!

Come enjoy country views just 4.1 miles from downtown Palisade. This adorable mother in law "barn" is located right behind our main living house. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.
