Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A three-bedroom, two-bath, home situated on 4 acres of wooded property with a pond awaits! Perfect for the Quilt Show, Corporate Rentals, temporary relocation accommodation, etc. A complete renovation was completed in 2021 with all new furniture and appliances. The Fish Camp is peaceful and well-appointed. There is a volleyball net as well as a 4 hole disk golf course! Also just added RV Electric and water featuring 50, 30, and 20 amp service.

Completely refurbished and modernized, Rosie's Retreat has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, large closet, and fireplace. There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sectional/sofa bed and 1-2 more on the futon in the dressing room! Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

Located in the small town of Clinton KY this Tiny home is located right on the Scenic Trail of Tears, and only 15 mins away from Columbus State Park and only 30 mins to Union City, TN or Paducah, KY. For those who want adventure Area 252 Riding Park is only 20 minutes away. Looking for something quiet and tranquil but still a short drive to all the fun things this is the place. Two bedrooms, master being a queen size bed and guest is a full size bed, one bathroom, kitchen and living area.

The layout gives families and groups room to spread out, backed by a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer near the main entrance, and ample truck and trailer parking for work crews, hunters, and longer stays. Any pets must be noted in the reservation.

Soak in the hot tub, fish our two stocked ponds, gather around the firepit, or slow down and enjoy the sunsets and wide-open views. Inside, you’ll have a full kitchen, private bedroom, two sleeping lofts, washer and dryer, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our four friendly, off-leash farm dogs will probably be the first to welcome you. Hard to find, worth the search!

This 1,100 sq ft open-concept building has recently been equipped with everything you need for your trip to Union City. The Woodshop is located less than 2 miles from Discovery Park, 20 mins from University of TN at Martin, and we’re within walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, boutiques and antique stores. NOT available for a long-term rental.

We are located just a 1/4 mile from UTM's campus on 26 private acres. We love our campus here and have great relationships with many of the programs there! The Peery House at Springhill Farms

The Peery House is our family home-place, built circa 1900, transformed into a quaint Airbnb. It is located on our farm, Springhill Family Farms in Western KY and is a great place for someone looking to get away from the busyness of life, looking for rest and relaxation or just looking for a unique, little farmhouse while passing through the area.
