The Terrace House, completed in 2016, comes with great architectural features. All 4 bedrooms have A/C, fans, modern bathrooms and ocean/jungle views. The outdoor lounging areas and chefs kitchen are great for entertaining 8 guests. A modern infinity pool overlooks the ocean. It's just a few miles out of town, yet only a 4 minutes drive to the Hermosa Beach and 10 minutes to Santa Teresa. For groups of friends, rent its sister property, "Selva House: Jungle," a beautiful one-bedroom home on the same property. The bungalow is attached to our house but fully private, with shared pool access. It doesn’t have a kitchen but includes an electric mini oven, a mini fridge and breakfast essentials: coffee, milk, bread, butter, and fruit.
