The Roost is a custom build with quality craftmanship. It's set among old growth cottonwood trees in a relaxed older neighborhood that feels like the country. You'll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, May- Oct. there is a small patio to bbq and a yard with fire table and 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the many birds and deer in the summer. Downstairs is a queen bed/bath with a trundle in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen with small stainless gas range, apartment sized fridge and dishwasher.

It’s a comfortable space, ideal for shorter stays where you still want more charm than a hotel. This is our home! This is a bright & cheerful space! Guests will have the house to themselves. New lawn and landscaping! The kitchen has all appliances & dishes. Coffee, tea & basic spices are available for your use. There is a Firestick TV with Netflix, other apps & dvd player. There are bathrooms on each level. Both bedrooms are in the basement, which stays cool in summer. Upstairs there is an a/c unit. There is also a grill for outdoor use.
