Fully permitted rental (by College Township) 2.4 miles from Beaver Stadium. It's a basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. You'll have a workout space with a peloton bike, treadmill, weight bench, some free weights, & yoga mats. Early check-in/late checkout by request. 1 bed & 1 sleeper sofa; can add air mattress if requested. No kitchen, but there's a hot/cold water machine, fridge, coffee makers, cups/plates/silverware, microwave, wine chiller, panini press, Foreman grill, and blender.

Our large, stream-side, historic 1870’s home features spacious rooms and a lovely garden with a bridge over a private stream. Enjoy coffee & brunch from the cafe next door. A fire pit and open space for playing is perfect for families in our yard. Our home is walking distance to restaurants, shops, farmers market and the Pa. Military Museum and a few minutes from Tussey Mountain Ski and PSU. Enjoy great wifi and Pa. History at our home. Anything less than 5 stars hurts our ratings in reviews.

Our home is nested on top of a hill in beautiful Lemont on a private, half-acre, lot located 5 minutes from Beaver Stadium. Freshly renovated mobile home that comfortably sleeps 6 people. 2 bedrooms, one room with a queen and another with two twin beds, there is also a sofa bed in the living room. There's a Spacious living and dining room/kitchen,there is also a large backyard perfect for football weekends. Walking distance to local cafes and eateries with a bus stop at the bottom of the road

Hawthorn Haven

This centrally located basement apartment in Happy Valley is just 2 miles from Beaver Stadium! It's not too large and not too small but just right for 4 guests. It is 3 miles from the Bryce Jordan Center, Penn State Creamery and the Waffle Shop, and a short walk to Spring Creek Park, Millbrook Marsh, and hiking/biking trails. Tussey Mountain and historic Boalsburg and Bellefonte are a short drive. This cozy spot has a private entrance with driveway parking in a residential neighborhood.

This AirBnB space was run under a super host of 4 years but is now under new management. This AirBnB is located in a quiet neighborhood located walking distance (<2 mi) from the Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver Stadium, and Campus. The space is the basement, which has separate access from the house. Guests may park in the designated area in our private driveway. The gym is equipped with yoga equipment, a bench, and a rowing machine. Complimentary tea and snacks. Full fridge and freezer.
