Cute lower level house 600 Feet to the Beach!

Family oriented house 600 feet from the beach! Lower level of beach house. 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with queen bed and daybed, futon and Murphy bed in living room for additional sleeping. Lower outside porch. The upstairs is rented so you will have to share the outside space, outside shower, laundry room. Kitchen has 2 ovens but doesn’t have a stove. We have a griddle and a small portable burner used for cooking. We also have a charcoal grill on the outside patio for additional cooking.
