The charming holiday apartment "Rosengarten" on the fruit farm is located at 750 m altitude in Glaning (Cologna), just outside Bolzano (250 m altitude) in South Tyrol. The 55 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to five people. Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
