Seize this opportunity to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright treasure! Mahogany accents have been meticulously restored, and the gardens are in full bloom throughout the season. The property is located across the street from the lake, it includes lake access and a shared pier. Visit Shipshewana and enjoy all this quaint small town has to offer.

Cozy two bedroom cottage with a view. Deck right off living room to enjoy the view of the lake. Paddle boat, row boats, paddle boards and kayaks provided. Lake trampoline also. Sand Lake County Park located two blocks away to put your boat in. This is a classic Michigan inland lake, 102 acres, all sports with great fishing. The Cozy Cottage is one of five properties we rent out and is close to another cottage which are both located directly on the water.

The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
