My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

Built in the 1950s but recently renovated, this house has the country charm of days gone by combined with the comforts of modern life. The perfect spot for large families and groups to get some peace and quiet, while only 2 miles from historic downtown Greenville. Frontage road facing with easy interstate access and a direct 50 miles into Dallas.

Sit on the quaint porch and enjoy getting away from home. The Delmade Inn (named after our mothers - Delma and Madelyn) is a tiny house that has all you need for an enjoyable visit. All modern conveniences and furniture with a country french theme. Although it is a tiny house, it is very roomy and has plenty of space for one or two people. Please come and enjoy a relaxing visit.

The Half Lady

Located on 18 acres of meadows and wooded trails, the Half Lady bunkhouse is clean, spacious and charming. Fish, stroll wooded trails, chill out on the porch, star gaze by the fire pit or create a gourmet meal in fully equipped kitchen. Price shown is for 1 or 2 guests. $10 per person after that. Steaming now available through fiber optic high speed internet.
